Service Maintenance Policy

Monday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday mornings

System maintenance can take place every morning between 8am and 9am GMT.

It is our aim to carry out all system maintenance updates and enhancements to the administration control panel and front end user service systems, for example the booking and member management system hosted at www.in-zone.co.uk, between 8am and 9am in the morning.

We will try to prevent any disruption to service but cannot guarantee to do so as it may not always be possible to prevent service degradation and / or service downtime / outage during these maintenance and upgrade times.

Planned service updates will be posted to at least one or more of the following communication channels, our company website(s) at www.amcl.co.uk and www.in-zone.co.uk, Twitter at @amclcouk, email newsletter, text message.

Next service upgrade Thursday 8th April 2021.

Upgrades to the Membership administration and front end service renewal processes are planned to last for 30 minutes. During this time customers may encounter some service interruptions.
