Service Maintenance Policy

Monday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday mornings

System maintenance can take place every morning between 8am and 9am GMT.

It is our aim to carry out all system maintenance updates and enhancements to the administration back-office and front end user service systems, between 8am and 9am in the morning.

We will try to prevent any disruption to service but cannot guarantee to do so as it may not always be possible to prevent service degradation and or service downtime / outage during these maintenance periods.

Planned service updates will be posted to at least one or more of the following communication channels, our company website(s) at www.amcl.co.uk and www.in-zone.co.uk and Twitter at @amclcouk.

Next service upgrade Thursday 22nd February 2024.

Upgrades to the back-office administration systems are planned to last for 30 minutes. During this time customers may notice some service interruptions. 

Next upgrade summary :

Back-office :

Some cosmetic interface enhancements to improve the visual stability of the screens.

Bug fix to help prevent system malfunction / interface crashes within the add new member screens.

Front-office:

League registration process enhancements to seek new member approval earlier in the process flow.

Bug fix to help prevent system malfunction / interface crashes within the registration process.

League system bug fix to help prevent system malfunction within the add results process.
