Service Maintenance Policy
Monday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday mornings
System maintenance can take place every Monday, Wednesday Friday and Saturday morning between 5am and 8am GMT.
It is our aim to carry out all system maintenance updates and enhancements to the administration control panel and front end user service systems, for example the booking and member management system hosted at www.in-zone.co.uk, between 5am and 8am on Monday, Wednesday Friday and Saturday mornings.
We will try to prevent any disruption to service but cannot guarantee to do so as it may not always be possible to prevent service degradation and / or service downtime / outage during these maintenance and upgrade times.
Planned service updates will be posted to at least one or more of the following communication channels, our company website(s) at www.amcl.co.uk and www.in-zone.co.uk, Twitter at @amclcouk, email newsletter, text message.
Next service upgrade Wednesday 21st October 2020.
Upgrades to the block booking administration and front end availability screens are planned to last for 5 to 10 minutes. During this time customers may encounter some service interruptions.
